David will provide an overview of key emergency planning aspects for the Clinch River early site permit (ESP). In 2016, the Tennessee Valley Authority submitted an application to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for an ESP for two or more small modular reactor modules at the Clinch River Nuclear site.
